Review Methodology, Evidence and Affiliate Policy

What these reviews are
Unless a page publishes a named tester, dates, conditions, measurements and original photographs, it is an editorial research review, not a hands-on test. We compare information available from manufacturers and other clearly identified sources, then add editorial judgement about likely fit and trade-offs.
How we assess a pillow
We consider pillow type, adjustability, disclosed dimensions and materials, care instructions, sleep-position fit, limitations, trial and return terms, warranty, shipping and realistic alternatives. A recommendation should reflect those criteria, not commission rate or promotional pressure.
Facts, claims and opinions
Product specifications and buying terms should be attributed to the merchant and checked on the date shown. Manufacturer benefit claims are not clinical proof. Phrases such as “may suit” are editorial judgements, not promised outcomes. Prices, stock, discounts, shipping, returns and warranties can change; verify them with the merchant before ordering.
Health information
A pillow may support comfort or a neutral sleeping position, but this site does not claim that a pillow diagnoses, treats or cures pain or another condition. Seek professional assessment for persistent, severe or worsening symptoms, symptoms after an injury, or neurological symptoms such as weakness, numbness or pins and needles.
Affiliate funding
Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may receive a commission after a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to the reader. Links can pass through a tracking intermediary before reaching a merchant. The merchant is responsible for the sale, product, delivery and returns.
Corrections and updates
Material corrections should be reflected in the page’s update date. The publisher should retain a source log for specifications and volatile commercial terms. Contact details and a named accountable editor still need to be added before readers can submit corrections directly.
